My approach to life design is grounded in systems thinking, emotional intelligence, social impact, and equity. I respect the wisdom and knowledge of each individual and regard every single person’s lived experience as a valuable source of wisdom and insight.

• We start by defining the kind of support that helps develop our work and empower people to show up in the places within their space of influence

• Grounded in the feminist, womanist philosophy  and an understanding that experience is expertise, we begin with a deep dive on what is truly meaningful for the client, further expanding on their unique skills and position in the field, and developing the kind of materials and actions that enliven meaningful work practices.
