But life isn’t linear. 

How we get where we want to go – and who supports us in getting there – looks different for everyone. 

Our success hinges on our ability to value our talents, know our limits, connect with others, assess our surroundings, and get curious in the face of the unknown.

I help people and organizations recognize their strengths so they can use their talent in ways that matter.

I am a facilitator, life-designer, career coach, and social innovator by trade. These are just my titles. 

At the center of it all, I am a map maker. I see the connections between seemingly disparate people and domains – and then I build bridges between them.
